Please make sure to read this terms of service(“the Terms”) before using this website(www.onyanghotel.co.kr, “the Site”). The Site is provided by the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL and is for information purpose only. 

Limit of utilization
The ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL grants users a nonexclusive and untransferable limited access to and right of utilization of information(“materials”) such as texts, pictures, voices, files, links and source codes posted on the Site. Users may read and download materials for personal and noncommercial purpose only and no right for the materials and their copies shall be transferred to users.

Users
1. shall keep notices included in the materials concerning copyrights and other intellectual property rights as they are in all copies of downloaded materials, 
2. shall not use materials for any public or commercial purpose such as modifying, copying, posting in public, executing, publicizing materials regardless of means, 
3. shall not transfer materials to third party unless the third party agrees to bear the responsibility arising from the conditions of the Terms and the Site.

Users agree to observe all additional conditions updated and notified on the Site in the future. Users agree that copyrights for the Site and all materials posted on the Site shall be protected by copyright laws of respective countries and international conventions and that users shall prevent illegal copies of materials. In case that users don’t observe the terms and conditions on the Site, the rights granted to users automatically ceases to exist without prior notice and users shall destroy copies of all materials possessed or maintained through downloading. The ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL does not grant any explicit or implicit right for patent, trademark, copyright or business secrets except that the Site explicitly grants the right to users. 

Link to external sites 
The ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL may provide links to other websites on the Site and when users use the linked sites, the use of the Site shall be suspended. The ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL does not guarantee reliability of the websites linked to the Site and does not bear any responsibility for the contents or usage of the linked websites.
Any external link to the Site shall obtain a prior written approval from the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL.

However, in case of 
(1) a text-only link which includes only the name, “ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL“, 
(2) a link which is connected only to www.onyanghotel.co.kr, not to its sub pages,
(3) a link which opens the Site in a new browser which is possible to operate and search, not within the frame of the website with the link when users click on the link, 
(4) a link which does not create such misunderstanding that the website with the link or activities or products etc.

on the website are related to the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL or that the Hotel sponsors them in terms of shape, location of the link or other aspects, or a link which does not damage the good image of the Hotel’s name and trademark, the written approval may be exempted exceptionally. Users agree that the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL may cancel the approval for the external link to the Site at anytime at its discretion and that in such case users shall remove all external links to the Site immediately and stop the use of all trademarks of the Hotel. 

Information provided by users 
Personally identifiable information which user provide to the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL through the Site shall be protected by the Privacy Statements of the Site, and users may not send confidential information or any information which exclusively belongs to users’ right through the Site. Users agree that any information or material which the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL did not request among information provided by users is not the information or material which is confidential or exclusively belongs to users’ right. Users agree that users grant to the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL an unrestricted and free-of-charge license to use, copy, indicate, publicize in public, transmit and distribute the information or material by providing such information or material and also agree that the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL may freely use the idea, concept and knowhow etc. provided by users to the Hotel. Users may not provide information or material which is slanderous, threatening or obscene, or any other information or material which contains illegal information or material, or material subject to other’s right to the ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL 

Objection to arbitrarily collecting email addresses 
The ONYANG HOT SPRING HOTEL objects that email addresses posted on the Site is collected arbitrarily by email address collecting programs and/or other technical equipments and any individual or organization which violates this shall be subject to criminal punishment under the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection etc.”
